Dziś o 7.00 rano Sherri Timoner Eisner i Neil Eisner zawiozą na lotnisko Chopina panie Swietłanę i Tatianę, skąd uchodźczynie wylecą do Oslo. Obie przybyły na Wschodnią wczoraj autobusem ewakuacyjnym z Odesy (pisownia ukraińska), pochodzą z Mikołajewa, miasta – bohatera Ukrainy.
At 7 a.m. today, Sherri Timoner Eisner and Neil Eisner will drive ladies Svetlana and Tatiana to Chopin Airport, from where the refugees will fly to Oslo. Both arrived at the Eastern Focal Point yesterday on an evacuation bus from Odesa, they are from Nikolaev, a hero city of Ukraine.
Nasi amerykańscy przyjaciele-wolontariusze na razie wracają do siebie na Florydę, ale obiecali, że wrócą w przyszłym roku. W Polsce byli już trzeci raz, za każdym razem pomagając ukraińskim uchodźcom – dziękujemy Wam serdecznie i czekamy na Was.
Our American volunteer friends are back in Florida for the time being, but have promised to return next year. They have been in Poland for the third time, each time helping Ukrainian refugees – we thank you sincerely and look forward to seeing you again.
A na Wschodniej jak zwykle Jan Szawlinski Groszkiem a Neil wynajętym przez siebie kombi pomagali uchodźcom dotrzeć do miejsc zakwaterowania, na dworce i lotniska. Lejący z nieba deszcz nie pomagał przy obsłudze autobusu z uchodźcami, który dotarł na Wschodnią z Odesy. Wieczorem następny, regularnie przyjeżdżający autobus Rubikusa ze Lwowa, którym także przyjeżdżają uchodźcy z terenów przyfrontowych.
And at the Eastern focal point, as usual, Jan Szawlinski with a Pea and Neil with his rented station wagon helped refugees reach their accommodations, stations and airports. The rain pouring from the sky did not help in handling the bus with refugees that arrived at Eastern Focal Point from Odesa. In the evening, another regular Rubikus‘ bus from Lviv, which also brought refugees from the frontline areas, arrived.
